Q: How did NimbleRx get my phone number?
A: Nimble is a third-party service that is integrated with Navrexa Pharmacy’s prescription database. Once a patient fills a prescription, Nimble is able to access the fill date and time, ensuring patients won’t miss a dose by sending refills and checkout reminders. If you want to discontinue texts, simply reply “stop” at any time.
Q: I am already on auto-fill with the pharmacy, can I still use Nimble?
A: While NimbleRx is integrated with Navrexa Pharmacy’s database, Nimble cannot see who is on autofill and who is not! If you are on autofill, we recommend replying “stop”; as staff at the pharmacy will be able to continue with your scheduled medicines through Navrexa alone. If you are unsure if you are on auto-fill, please contact us to find out. If you are on auto-fill but wish to fill through NimbleRx, please call us to cancel the auto-fill.
Q: Nimble says I won’t get my prescriptions for a week, but I am running low! How can I get it quicker?
A: Give us a call! Depending on where you live, NimbleRx may give an inaccurate date and time for prescription delivery. Generally, patients get their medications within 2-4 business days after refilling through NimbleRx. You may also call Navrexa Pharmacy to manually fill your medication to get an accurate delivery date.
Q: I need to pay for my prescription, but I am busy and don’t have my payment info ready, can I call you back later?
A: We know life gets busy, but we never want you to miss out on your medication refills! NimbleRx gives patients 48 hours to check out with a debit card, credit card, Android Wallet, or Apple Pay.
